Pullman Lijiang Resort & Spa, Lijiang (Yunnan)

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The villa was beautiful and spacious, offering stunning views of the surrounding snow-capped mountains. However, there were significant issues with the service, mainly with the lack of communication and attentiveness from the staff. The dining options were hit or miss, and the amenities didn't fully meet expectations. Overall, it could be a fantastic place with better management and service training.
